This thing is amazing--the very latest in applied anatomics. I'll admit I was a little intimidated when I first encountered one in Busan, but this technology is everywhere you go in Japan, so I'll just never settle on American Standard again. I have not yet tried the Massage mode, however. I suspect the seat simply vibrates your glutes, which is not what I call a massage; moreover, there's some kind of robotic probe that pokes its little head out for the other modes, and I shudder to think what it might consider a massage.
I encountered one of these at Santa Fe's 10,000 Waves. I tried every option, am still here to tell about it, and still smiling!
